Once you have passed the center of Arsiero, take a left at the crossroad for Laghi and Posina and head for Val Posina. After passing the town of Posina, the provincial road continues in the direction of passo della Borcola where, after the hamlets of Cervi and Griso, the road climbs up with various hairpin bends. After the mountain pass and before the malga Borcola, you may leave the car in the wide parking lot. Mount Maggio is reachable using the same path for Forte Campomolon, where after Pass Valbona and before Malga Coe on the left hand side the road (which is close-off to traffic) begins which leads to the top. From Mount Maggio you will descend towards Mount Borcoletta with path europeo 5, that with a very suggestive course, will lead to Mount Majo through Coston dei Laghi, above the built-up area of Posina.
