From Asiago: take the provincial road to Roana and continue until the built-up area of Mezzaselva. From here, take the municipal road on the right hand side that climbs up to the valley of Martello. Once you reach Casare di Campovecchio, take a right at the next coming crossway that heads for refuge Verenetta. From the refuge it is possible to climb up to the Fort using the chair lift or by foot following CAI path n. 802.
